In our continuous effort to provide better customer service and improved support as well as products enhancement, we are pleased to introduce a new keyword-searchable Knowledge Base (KB) to our user community via our web site.
This new feature allows you to search for solutions to common questions and known issues. It also provides how to's and step by step instructions for various modules for many versions of our products. So it is essentially a combination of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) as well as Help File into one easily accessible area.
And the best part is all of this valuable information is available to you via our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you have registered on our web site , you will be able to log in and carry out the research at any time.
There is also an area under your account on our web site for you to submit additional requests for service and/or changes to our product to make your system even more efficient and productive.
If for any reason that you can not find the answer that you are looking for, please submit a new action request or send us an email to support@compexsoftware.com . We will be more than happy to find the solution and add it the Knowledge Base for your future reference.
