There are moments in time that feel infinite and others that exist within the blink of an eye. Time is merciless and will continue to move forward even when we choose not to. It has been a few months since our last newsletter so you're probably curious about what we have been up to. Don't fret, here at Compex Software we recognize the value of time and don't waste a single second. It is with our best intentions that the changes we have implemented will increase the efficiency of your company.

Compex Software is constantly moving forward for the sake of providing the most efficient software. Moving forward means change. Change is occurring every day whether we would like it to or not. Fortunately the type of change we are talking about is positive. As you can see, one area of change exists in our website. To accompany all of our recent progress we have decided to implement a new, advanced, easy-to-read look to our website. The layout differs from the previous site but is more organized and easier to navigate through.

Not only does our website have a new look/feel to it but so do many of our internal upgrades. We are pleased to announce the launch of Metfin V9. Like the new website, Metfin V9 also has new features and a more advanced look to it. We have standardized our code and are using a new development framework, which is easier to maintain and support. We expect the upgrades to run smoother and less erroneously. We very much appreciate the patience that many of our loyal customers have extended to us throughout many of these upgrades.

Since we are on the theme of moving forward, our Knowledge Base (KB) articles have had amazing growth. Back in October 2008 we devoted a section of our website to KB articles. In less than a year our archive has reached over 200 articles. We are constantly adding support and encourage you to search our KB archive for answers. Of course our friendly and knowledgeable team will still be eager to help.

Not only have our website, software, and Knowledge Base grown but our team has as well. The past couple of months have been devoted to training Carolyn Gentile and Jae Kim. They are going to assist with tech-support and project development. With these new team members we will be able to respond to support issues at a quicker rate.

It is our promise to you that we will constantly move forward and continually enhance our software. With our economy still recovering, we cannot afford to waste a single second. We must be willing to embrace change in order to pull ourselves out of this standstill. Time will not pause and allow us to pull ourselves together. We must travel forward without haste. We have no choice but to instill our hope into the future: if not today, why not tomorrow?
