Is your company going for NADCAP and/or ISO Certifications?
Having Industry specific NADCAP Certified and ISO Standards in place are not only good business practices but are required by some of the major suppliers. These standards, at the very least, call for proper documentation and good audit trails through out the processing and production cycles.
In reality, every aspect of a business should have good processes and written procedures in place. Not only the requirement and specifications of these standards are constantly begin updated and revised, but the overall business climate and customers demands are also very dynamic, a system has to be able to adapt to handle these changing conditions.
